Brianna McEowen is the founder of Intentional Movement, a Home & Lifestyle brand rooted in the philosophy of living intentionally and creating a life that feels both beautiful and aligned. Guided by her Christian values and a deep appreciation for purposeful living, Brianna believes that the way we care for our homes, our bodies, our relationships, and our daily routines has the power to shape the quality of our lives. What first began as a dance company centered around purposeful movement and personal transformation naturally evolved into a broader vision — one that now weaves together real estate, lifestyle development, wellness, and elevated everyday living. Through her work, she helps others cultivate homes and lifestyles that inspire peace, elegance, joy, and meaningful growth.
Inspired by both timeless tradition and modern intentionality, Brianna is especially drawn to the beauty of old-world living — an era when society placed value on elegant social gatherings, ballroom dancing, meaningful conversation, elaborate meals shared around the table, and balanced living through recreation, movement, and time spent outdoors. She embraces many of these principles in her own life through cooking and baking from scratch, sewing timeless pieces, gardening, caring for the farm and animals, practicing yoga, reading, studying elements of Feng Shui, and creating spaces that feel both grounding and inspiring. Whether enjoying a quiet morning at home, hosting loved ones, or teaching couples how to create a beautiful first dance together, Brianna believes a fulfilling life is built through intentionally refining one’s Home & Lifestyle for how it functions both within a house and within one’s moving body. Through this philosophy, she assists individuals and families in finding and creating their ideal home — inwardly and outwardly.
Brianna is also a bilingual professional with multicultural experience shaped by her time living in both Mexico and Puerto Rico. From being immersed in a fully Spanish-speaking community and educational environment in Mexico to studying luxury coastal architecture and touring multi-million dollar properties in Puerto Rico alongside internationally recognized architects, these experiences broadened her perspective on culture, design, lifestyle, and intentional living. Today, she resides in Delaware, where she serves clients throughout Central Ohio through real estate services, wedding dance instruction, and lifestyle development, while also assisting Act 60/20/22 residents relocating to Puerto Rico with a thoughtful and lifestyle-centered approach.
